- One free take-home whitening kit

- Two oral cancer screenings
- Two periodontal screenings
- Two fluoride treatments
- Two dental cleanings (for healthy gums)
- All necessary 2D X-rays*
- Intraoral images
- One emergency care visit
- Members also enjoy a 15% discount on all other dental treatments (including cosmetic makeovers, implants, Invisalign, and clear aligner braces)
*Any necessary x-rays and intraoral images are also included (typically a full mouth X-ray every 3 years, bitewings every year, and additional images as needed)
